Batangas City, Batangas - Over 300 vocational scholars of Malampaya Foundation Inc. (MFI) graduated from its Bridging Employment through Skills Training (BEST) program on November 3, 2015 at the Batangas City Colliseum.

The graduates consisted of 120 scholars for piping insulation, 60 for scaffolding, 25 for blasting painting, 60 for pipe fitting, 30 for electrical installation maintenance and 25 for gas tungsten arc welding.

BEST is a vocational scholarship program for out-of-school youths and unemployed adults geared towards employment generation through capacity building in different industrial skills that are in demand. Majority of BEST graduates are employed in various industries locally and internationally.
