The Malampaya Sustainable Development Scholarship program offers undergraduate and post-graduate scholarships for bona fide residents of Palawan, Oriental Mindoro and Batangas in the fields of energy, engineering, geology and environment management.Partner universities are University of the Philippines, Palawan State University, Western Philippines University and Batangas State University.
